Ladera
de Juan has three bedrooms, one double with a king-size bed
plus shower room ensuite, two further twin bedrooms and a family
bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine
and fridge freezer etc.
There
is a comfortable lounge / dining room with satellite tv, video
dvd and cd player. The villa has its own private pool with roman
steps and underwater spotlights, plus a very extensive barbecue
terrace.
The
property is furnished to a very high standard throughout and
has luxury under-floor heating plus an open log fire. Included
is bed linen and bath towels plus a welcome pack.
As
this is a new venture for Linda and I, we wish to rent the villa
only to family, friends and clients - hence the very low rental
price of between £350 and £795
(depending on the time of year) per week.
